We act as both Contractors and Developers.
Our Contracting division provides the supply and installation of Portal Framed Steel buildings and Metal Roofing / Cladding systems for the Construction Industry and direct with end users. Having completed many successful projects over many years thoughout the UK and Ireland, we can say that we have the experience and the expertise needed to realise the construction or renovation of your Industrial premises.
Our Contracting division work with main contractors, developers or direct with the building owner, on projects both large and small, we ensure that all our clients requirements are carried out professionally and satisfactory to meet their expectations.
Our Development division provides full turn key Industrial Units which are then offered for sale or to let. We provide existing business and new business new business homes. We concentrate on smaller scale premises from 500 sq ft upto 15000 sq ft generally in the north of England in market towns.
