SELBY BUSINESS PARK - YESSS ELECTRICAL

We have carried out a design and build project for YESSS Electrical based on Selby Business Park located opposite MKM Builders Merchants. The new Selby branch will provide approximately 5000 sq ft of space and will incorporate a trade counter.  Construction of the new building is now complete with YESSS Electrical now open for business.

Located on Selby Business Park which is Selbys premier Employment area next to Selby By pass.  Oakney Wood Court is a courtyard development of 10 Industrial Units built to a high specification ideally suited for SME business and new start up business.  Unit sizes range from 814 sq ft to 1700 sq ft with all units now either sold or rented.
